April the 25th 1829



The last Will and Testament of William Craige.  I William Craige being weak in body but sound in mind and memory makes this my last Will and Testament as follows.  My body is to be decently buried and all my lawful debts paid.  I will and bequeath to my son John Craige one dollar.  I will and bequeath to my Daughter Ann Johnston, otherwise Craige one dollar.  I will and bequeath to my Daughter Margaret Campbell, otherwise Craige one dollar.  I will and bequeath to my son Hugh Craige one dollar.  I will and bequeath to my wife Mary Craige, otherwise Gamble, all the rest of my property real and personal.  And I appoint Alexander Campbell and James Campbell my son in law to be my Executors.  In testimony hereto I set my hand and seal in presence of Samuel Campbell, Alexander Campbell, and
Andrew Campbell.

Be it remembered on the 12th of May AD 1843 Before me William McClarau, JR Register for the Probate of Wills and Granting Letters of Administration in and for said County of Indiana was proved and approved the foregoing as and for the last Will and Testament of William Craige late of Armstrong Township deceased by the Oaths of Samuel Campbell and Andrew Campbell two of the subscribing thereto.  Same day Letters Testamentary were issued
Alexander Campbell and James Campbell Executors therein named who were duly sworn
according to law.
