Over-population is a serious problem. To solve this problem, there are many global organizations which help to overcome this perplexity.
-The Population Reference Bureau
-The Population Action International
-The World Health Organization
As far as I know, the works of these few global organizations are similar to each other as they all want to solve the difficulties, educate people on effective birth control, improve the lives of human being and have some promotion. But they work them out in various ways, they in order to lend a hand to solve the problem of over-population.
The Population Council was established in 1952.It is an international, nonprofit-making organization that conducts research on social science, and public health. It changes the minds of the people and helps to give people a correct concept of reproductive health and population growth

The other one is the Population Reference Bureau contains the detailed and accurate data, updated information which our project group find useful. It has been working for more than 70 years. Their mission is to lead updating latest information on international population and opinions from them.

The Population Action International
The Population Action International is mainly responsible for family planning
and related health services, to provide educational and economic opportunities,
especially for girls and women. It swears to improve the lives of women and
their families, while also slowing the world’s population growth and to help
protecting the environment.

The Census Organization was established in 1950.The main functions of the Census
Organization are to plan and
execute
decennially, process and disseminate data in the form of
the census report,
estimate the census
results, having surveys on related aspects etc. It is a different organization
from the others because it has been doing surveys while others are not doing
that. I think the website provided us with the most detailed data when comparing
with the other organization.

Although it was named as U.S Census Bureau, it provides information about the
world’s population. It has a high level of knowledge and skill,
organizing international programs
etc.
Their goal is to do the best
for
the data collected and services they provide. When I first look at the goal of
this organization, I strongly felt the fervor and faith from it.

World Health Organization
The World Health Organization symbolizes agency for health, was established
in 1948. It was held by 192 representatives through out the word. This
organization mainly examines the level of food, daily necessities which affect
our health and educate the people to have a healthier life. But it also has some
information on population. I think its official website is not too useful to us
but it can tell us more about health and the situations in the third world
country. Its website accumulated more knowledge for me.
